The Bam Bam Blog is about the whirlwind that is our son Oliver (aka Bam Bam, or as he would tell you, "Oliver Cooper Riggs: Hockey Player")—the loving, persistent, exhausting, funnier-than-anything boy who entered our lives April 30, 2008. And now, it's also about his darling new sister, Georgia Kate, who was born February 2, 2011. As any besotted and challenged parent knows, there is a story in every day because of our kids. This blog aims to capture as many of them as possible.
